Yes, I want to use Thrizer for my OON benefits. I would like Thrizer to check my benefits and automatically submit claims on my behalf. (I will verify my OON telehealth benefits for CPT codes 90791-95 and 90834-95). Yes, but I prefer to submit my own superbills. I understand I will pay the full fee upfront and will receive a monthly superbill to submit to my insurance myself. I am paying privately. I do not plan to use insurance or Thrizer. I have questions.
